- Residential Property Set Up Fee (charged on each new tenancy) – £270.00
- Residential Property Management Fee (charged monthly) – 12% of the total rent
- Commercial Property Set Up Fee (charged on each new tenancy) – £780.00
- Commercial Property Management Fee (charged monthly) – 10% of the total rent

Our VAT inclusive Tenancy fees when applying for any of our rental properties:
- Deposit – Equivalent to 5 weeks rent
- Holding Deposit – Equivalent to 1 weeks rent which later forms part of your property deposit
- First months rent due on contract signing date – Dependant on property
Should you choose to withdraw your application for whatever reason any time prior to signing the holding deposit is non-refundable.
