- Residential Property Set Up Fee (charged on each new tenancy) – £150.00
- Residential Property Management Fee (charged monthly) – 12% of the total rent
- Commercial Property Set Up Fee (charged on each new tenancy) – £780.00
- Commercial Property Management Fee (charged monthly) – 10% of the total rent

- Application Fee (per applicant over 18 years of age) – £95.00
- Guarantor Fee (if required) – £60.00
- Deposit – Equivalent to one month’s rent
- Pet Deposit – Subject to circumstances
- Contract Signing Fee – £60.00
- First months rent due on contract signing date – Dependant on property
- New Contracts (should you rearrange your signing date) – £60.00
Should you choose to withdraw your application for whatever reason any time prior to signing the tenancy agreement, the deposit is non-refundable.
